In our move of 2 U-Boxes from AZ to WA, we've spoken to probably 25-50 employees on over 100 occasions (via phone, text, and in person). Every contact has felt like a battle to receive simple, agreed-upon service. They've repeatedly failed to complete their agreements, give answers, or resolve complaints. The amount of hours and dollars it has required to navigate their failures truly equates to theft. The Parkland location tried to charge us $500-1500 more for something that was part of our contract already. They completely failed to deliver our boxes (or pick them up on the arranged day) after we confirmed on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS because we took the day off. They offered $50 to refund the holding fee for the day they didn't deliver, but Lauren McKinney initiated an objection and explicitly mentioned that it could address lost wages. I haven't heard from her since they picked up our boxes despite multiple attempted contacts. I do not want ANY response to this review unless ONE PERSON is willing to resolve our complaint in ONE CALL. We do not have any more energy to navigate the chaos of this company.

If you really are into bad service, rudeness over the phone and lack respect then this is the place for you! First they couldn't find my wife's account to go over the charges. Second was rude when they did find it. We do agree with some charges, But a convenience fee for dropping the truck off a day early and putting the keys in the drop box. BS! I am pretty sure they even rented the truck out early. If I was to talk to a woman they way they did I would be fired or sued. So take a chance. Go for the customer service.

UHaul in Parkland are the rudest people ever! Manager Larry, Is the least helpful person. I wanted to pick up the truck in Lakewood which would make it less mileage for me. I was told by them to go to parkland store but could still return it to the Lakewood store with no penalty. Ha ha ha. Fat chance. After I returned the truck a day early I not only got charged for the extra mileage driving it from parkland but I did not get my 30 mile credit because they said it was all explained in the contract!!! Now if anyone can actually read this contract please let me know. Maybe you have “spidie eyes”. Oh and I got the joy of being told by Larry that he did not have to listen to me being rude (note: I never used foul or abusive language) and Larry promptly hung up on me. I called him back and I asked for his name. And yes I did question the validity of his answer when he claimed his name was Brown, Larry Brown. Seemed too generic to me. He then proceeded to hang up on me again. Yes I called the corporate office…….after I calmed down. She said there was a note on my account that I would be calling fo a discount. After explaining my experience I told her I did not want a discount. That it was no longer about the money but about customer service. And not my the proper customer service due to me as a paying customer because they already lost me as a customer, but about all the other customers they rip off and treat like they don’t care daily. #uhaul #UhaulSucks #uhaulscam #uhaulparkland #uhaulpacificave #uhaulpacifichwyso #uhaulwa #uhaultacoma #uhaullakewood

Reservations were completed online. There was zero wait we were assisted right away. There were no additional fees. Equipment was very clean and the store was pretty organized despite the remodeling. I’ve been to this location a few times to rent and it has always worked out perfectly. Customer service sometimes is a hit and miss but overall I’ve enjoyed my experience as it’s been seamless. Prices on packing tape pretty good, posted picture for quick viewing.

No uhaul does not sell trailers
You can reserve as many days as you like, assuming there are no future reservations for the vehicle. Beware the longer you reserve it for, the larger the hold on your card. Also note the daily charge is not prorated in any way...if you use truck for 4 hrs or 23 hrs you pay the 1 day rate. Mileage is always added to the daily rate. I always reserve for more days (if possible) and more miles than likely then return early.
SMALL Medium Large, it's based on avg bedrooms in your home
They only rent the vans & pickups locally, a 10' truck is the smallest they send over state lines. The smaller vehicles are new every model year and surplused off after one year, they only really profit on those by renting them over and over very often, so inventory predictably is the excuse they use. The bigger trucks they keep for decades. They plan to take the full depreciation hit, so they want to push you into those
