Before COVID, I got in the best shape of my life with OTF, and now I’m back working toward that goal again and aiming to beat all my personal records from before 💪 There is super clear guidance so I know exactly what to do at all times AND coaches aren’t micromanaging or making assumptions about effort, so if I need to adjust the workout for my energy level that day, I can do that. I LOVE that it’s different every day and works new muscles so my whole body grows stronger. I love the combination of weights and cardio. I love the encouragement from the coaches! OTF has cultivated such a good energy.

The ability to measure performance is what I value the most. The workouts are also very comprehensive, meaning all of my body gets worked out every week. Although I usually follow the daily program I appreciate the flexibility to deviate or adapt to meet my own goals.

Cool coaches and good workouts. 100% not good at doing a gym by myself so this is super helpful. It's also nice when I don't have a friend to go with there's always somebody else around you to pace yourself with or challenge yourself with

If you’ve already been doing Orangetheory and become pregnant, check with your doctor first. Our heart rate monitoring is a perfect way to keep an eye on your intensity as you progress through your pregnancy. If you are a few months into your pregnancy and haven’t been doing any sort of fitness training, wait until after you have your baby and we can help get you back into shape!

Orangetheory is a 1-hour, full body workout, focused on training to build endurance, strength and power. We use heart rate-based interval training, which burns more calories post-workout than traditional exercise. When wearing our heart rate monitors, your real-time results are displayed on large screens throughout the studio. Intensity is based on your individual heart rate zones, making the workout effective for all fitness levels. To top it off, our fitness coaches lead the workout to prevent you from overtraining or undertraining.
