Went in looking for help to replace a compression nut. Guy looked at it and said they had nothing. Went to Home Depot. Lady in the plumbing department looked at it, went to their counter and after about 10 minutes of finding the right combination of parts, had me leaving with everything I needed to fix it.

Buying for 6 full bathrooms, 2 laundry rooms with sinks, kitchen with 2 sinks and 2 D/W, and more. Not in the least bit helpful. "Just look around". Totally uninterested, and we were sent by the builder, and we had an appointment. The guy (yeah, the one on the left) at Rosen who says he is an expert is, in fact, quite good at being on the phone about some golfing event, writing down the part numbers and submitting your order and collecting his commission.

I went in with a Moen shower part. The person looked up the part on the computer told me he didn't have that part but gave me the Moen 1-800 number to call for the part on warranty and then explained to me how to install the part and eliminate the problem. When you get service like this it encourages you to go back there again and to recommend them.
