One of the worse bank to deal with I waited 45 minutes in the line and then they told me I have to go to the other side they should write something on the line so no one have to wait this long for nothing I been with them for 10 years all my account’s and my business but today is the last day with this bank

I walked in the bank to cash a business check to deposit to my boy scout account. I was told they had no teller at this time. I said well I need to deal with a teller and not an ATM. I was told I could wait for a teller and offered a chair. I asked how long before there will be a teller, he stated about 30 minutes. That is excellent customer service right there! Perhaps that's why I have my accounts with another bank. Absolutely disgusting behavior on the management's part.

If I could choose a MILLION STARS!! This Branch would be the recipient! I began my relationship with BOA at this Branch. I have ALWAYS been treated with the respect, courtesy, professionalism and WELCOMING attitude EACH time I visit. Victor would great me with the warmest most confident. His has an attitude of gratitude and a WHATEVER IT TAKES stature. Victor always delivers great service. Daniel - I cant say enough about his AND THEN SOME attitude of service. He provides above and beyond his expectations of service with a smile. He remains knowledgeable, professional and effective in providing my banking needs. Your guys and your team are definitely what other branches should aspire to be. KUDOS - Thank you for a continual AWESOME customer experience.
