Left my vape sitting on my desk at home during an out of town trip so I had to improvise. Found this shop on Google and swung in. They were able to get me set up with a small kit and out the door in 10 minutes, very clean shop with a great selection of liquids. Staff member who helped me was friendly and once he heard my sob story suggested some items that ended up being a perfect fit. Wish we had shops of this caliber in my hometown.

Very high prices for botched product. Paid $40 for two juices that were bunk. Absolutely unsmokable with two different vapes smoking at different ohms and wattages. Came in two days later with these two juices essentially full (minus the 4 mL I used to try them out). They apathetically told me “Yeahhhh nothin we can do about that. Want to buy more juice?” No returns, no exchanges, etc. The most infuriating part is that when I was initially buying the juice I noticed that it was the only juice largely in stock. I asked them at the time “Man you sure have a lot of ‘Pod Juice’. What’s wrong with it?” and of course they answered with “Nothing. We just got it in stock. It’s great juice.” The location is great, but there’s no reason to buy product you can’t even use.

Staff are nice, but the prices are getting ridiculous. Plus they don't seem to check their stock of e-juices, they sold me a small 30ml bottle of liquid that was totally expired, for full price. $20 for old juice, of of course.... no refunds. What I really need to do is stop being impatient and just order my vape stuff online, cause Sugar use to sell the pods I need for $13-$15, but they have recently marked them up to around $20. Come on. You can find the same exact product MUCH cheaper online. Just a bummer. I use to really like this place but everything is over priced, old, and sub par. Even more their glass is cheap Chinese glass. This Kratom product they have has dropped in quality it just sucks. Things have definitely changed. An extra star for most the staff are nice.

Probably the friendliest head shop staff I've ever seen, and I've lived in 5 different states and over 20 different cities. The selection they have of pipes, bongs and even kratom is unreal. So many options. Definitely recommend.

If they're busy with customers they are not going to answer the phone. However I did ask them when I was there and they no longer carry those.

We are super low on salt nic juice at the moment, we should hopefully be getting a shipment tomorrow. Right now I have a chocolate tobacco in salts, and a few fruity flavors, hopefully tomorrow we will have a much better selection.
We have a two week return policy for manufacturer defects! We unfortunately do not do returns for buyers remorse and we cannot do cash back, but can give you in store credit towards anything in the store. I'd also like to add that I know of no vape store that has a "less strict" return policy, all sales being final is standard for electronics and glass of any kind!
Yes, they still have a good selection of hardware right now. In fact, I heard that they have somewhat stepped their game up on the tanks, coiks, mods, tools, ect.
