After having trouble contacting a representative with a non-package related issue (we received an email that was not for us, and was completely unrelated stating we had a past due invoice. It is a legitimate email) the woman I spoke with on the phone was short and unhelpful. I understood that she may not be able to help with my issue, but I had already been hung up on by a prior representative and hoped she could provide me more information on how to contact a customer service representative. However, she sounded irritated that I called the store and while giving me the phone number and typing it in, she raised her voice at me saying, "excuse me, you're dialing in my ear". (I had not realized it would be loud on the other line to dial while she was still on the line with me) I am understanding that stores cannot always help with issues that are not store-related, but the experience I had was incredibly rude overall. In the future it can be explained to customers kindly that they cannot assist directly.

They don't, when I asked them.
We do at times have two additional employees at the store that can act as your witnesses. Call the store for the current weeks schedule.
The UPS Store does not pick up packages. Depending on your package you can sometimes arrange for UPS to schedule a pick up you would have to speak directly to UPS 1-800-PICK-UPS.
Yes, the smallest box is a 4x4x4 and there are also bubble mailers available depending on the size
This UPS store doesn't. The Hatfield store does but I would call to make sure its the fingerprints you need.
Notary is 5 dollars for each use of the notary seal.
If the title just needs to be notarized that can be done at the store. To transfer a title you need to go to a tag place
Because then they'll have to do work. Better to print it yourself.
