I have tried to reach Dr. Alex Villacastin’s office for the past 12 days. All last week I’d be put on hold for 10 minutes, then be disconnected. This week I called 7 times and was put on hold anywhere from 1/2 hour to 59 minutes. Have they gone out of business because they can’t get front desk help???

I called to make an new patient appointment and was put on hold 5 times and each times I waited for 15 minutes or more and no one returned. I called another day and they started again to immediately place me on hold. They ask you to hold but not give you a chance to say whether you can. That’s not good customer service.
