Only had one issue which was due to me renting a car around . Capital City denied my payment due to lack in renting a vehicle for a long time. So my to those of you that this happens to... You'll need to call Capital City's Headquarters and ask them to pause the fraudulent flags. They will give you up to three hours to resolve your payment issue

Not sure what this place is but I don't think it's a bank. Went in and there were no tellers . Lady rushed out of office to catch me before I walked too far into building. I asked if she would sell me ten $10 bills in exchange for five $20 bills. Her response... "We're not allowed to exchange money." What? That is the whole purpose of a bank! Anyway, drove to the Regions Bank and they were happy to help.

No, we are not. This location does have a smart atm in the drive thru that allows you to do deposits.

I made a deposit, a paycheck deposit less than an hour ago, and i received the receipt for it. But it shows nothing of it on my balance??
