Not open Saturdays and no local telephone number. What other bank does not publish a local number and try to get through on the 800 number

This Regions Branch has gone down hill in their customer services ! (must have gotten a new branch manager lately) Used to be a very good bank at one time ! ATM is down / not working about 50% of the time when I need to use it and serving their banking customers has become very slow ! I see then talking amongst themselves instead of working ! It is ashame that this has happened to this bank ! May have to take my money and change to another bank if things do not get any better quickly !
