I am so glad that I took the chance with Dr. Spages. Prior to consulting with him, I felt my health was rapidly declining, I had no energy was unable to loose weight and my A1C was out of control. My blood sugar numbers were all over the place. Since I have been taking his advice and sticking with his program, I am finally able to loose weight , since seeing him I have lost 30 lbs. My last A1C test was at 5.5. Thank you Dr. Spages I am so thankful. I feel like a new person.

I have been a diabetic for 20 plus years. I am a 66 year old woman who has been on a continuous diet for years without results☹️. I was very upset prior to finding Dr Spages, I was on mega doses of insulin and pills. My A1C was almost 10 and it had been as high as 11 in the past. Nothing seemed to help and I had been nauseous every morning for years. My first meeting with Dr. Spages I was more than skeptical! I was scared to put my trust in something that seemed so radical. I didn't think I was worth the money as well! Well I started in March of 2022 and it's almost July! I feel 💯 percent better. I found out with the test he ran I was in big trouble and If I continued down the same path, I wouldn't be here for my family and dog, who mean the world to me. I'm not saying it's easy, but what is in life that's worth getting? Dr. Spages hand held me through the first few months. I'm capable of less handholding now but he's only a text or call away. My A1C yesterday was 6.1❗ I haven't been that low in years. My doses of medication have gone down considerably. I have energy and know that it's going to get even better! I'm not near done but have hope that I'll continue to heal. Thanks to Dr. Spages and his wonderful staff.❤️

I cannot be more pleased with my results so far! I have been following the protocols for the last eight weeks. I have lost over 20 lbs and about 20 inches off my body. The information I had has greatly decreased. I locked myself out of the house the other day. A neighbor up the road had a key. In the past I would have waited for her to bring it to me but I didn't think twice about walking to her house to get it. I felt so good to have the energy and mobility for that, even in the Florida Heat! I also just spent over a week with my two-and-a-half-year-old, one and a half year old and five week old Grand daughters. As a formal preschool teacher I know all the little songs and all the moves and all the dances. I was able to run around with them and go on walks and it felt amazing! It made me feel Beyond blessed that I can move and even get on the floor and play with my grandkids. Getting off the floor again is still a little challenging at my age (56), but I know that will get easier as time goes on! Thank you Dr. Spages for setting my feet in the right direction and getting to the root of what has kept me sick for over 40 years! I am beyond grateful! Oh, I almost forgot to mention that I have been a Tyoe 2 Diabetic for 15+ years. I am off one medicine completely, and gave cut my other meds in half in just 8 weeks!
