Pleasantly surprised. I reluctantly returned after a previous bad experience because of the convenience of the hours open, including Sundays. I had low expectations from a previous visit, but this trip was fantastic. I needed two new tires per the inspection, which I figured was just an opportunity for a “tire shop” to sell tires, but upon returning to pick up the car, John went in the shop and grabbed the tires to show me the wear and several concerning gashes, and even a nail in one of the tires. He offered my a very reasonable budget tire that was surprisingly pretty highly rated per my own research online. I definitely needed the two new tires and was not pressured into 4, nor was I pressured into additional products/services. Just got me back on the road at an affordable cost in a timely manner on a Sunday. I also overheard John and the mechanics talking about another vehicle while I was there. They had a set of brake pads that fully worn and needed replaced. The discussion was that the pads were worn evenly and no further service was needed beyond the pads. In my opinion, that is the honorable thing to do. They weren’t hammering people out of their money, but getting us good reasonable service to keep us safe and back on the road.
