VERY POOR customer service, response to get a call back; terrible, calling member services is a nightmare! So far not happy! 9/15/22, Today I get a response from GBS saying they are working on my issues, they have NO IDEA what the issue is! LOL, Again very poor business, RUN!!! I am waiting for a CALL back from a manager, which I've left over an dover.
