In March of 2022 my son and I were involved in a car accident where we were struck from behind by another car. Our car was not drivable and needed to be towed. I reached out to my Insurance agent who I had been with for the last 22 years to inform him of the accident. I was informed he was no longer with State Farm and I would be assigned a new agent. That new agent is John Gewartowski, and he has been an amazing advocate for me as his client. My story has been a 3 month challenge with issues beginning at the original body shop, my car being towed to two other body shops, my car incurring additional damage to the front bumper from improper towing, and supply chain issues. Through all of this John Gewartowski worked tirelessly to get the barriers removed and get my car back to me! He fought with the tow company to provide me with additional rental car coverage because of the additional damage they caused. John has been great with his communication back to me on a consistent basis to keep me informed of where we stood in the process and what he was doing to remedy every challenge I faced. I truly believe without John it would have easily taken double the time to get back in my car. I’ll sum it up as this: John Gewartowski CARES about his clients. RN
