Right from our first conversation I felt positive about Synergy's ability to provide my mother with good post-op care. There was a sense of confidence that they knew what her needs would be and how best to provide the proper care for her. They did not disappoint! My mother was comfortable with the caregivers they sent being in her home and, even though she was was recovering well, she was glad to have the security of a trained professional with her for those moments that were a bit more challenging than usual. I ended up reaching out to Synergy again only a few weeks later when my mom had an unexpected emergency. This time, on less than 24 hours notice, they were able to find overnight care for her so she wouldn't be alone until we knew it was safe for her to be so. Synergy is a wonderful addition to my resources for caring for my mother. I am so grateful that I found them!

I hired this company for my 91-year-old mom. The owner was quite nice and was more than willing to take my $500 deposit. I used their services once and found a great place, Griswald for $6 cheaper an hour. I was very upfront with them and told them I didn’t want to burn my bridges with them in case of an emergency, but I had found another agency that was working out well. They said they would keep the account open and would return my money whenever I wanted to close the account. My mother passed away and a few days later I called and left a message saying my mom has passed and I would like my deposit returned. Four voicemail messages later, they have completely ignored me. Is that what it means to care about families in need and take care of loved ones? I am beyond angry. These people are despicable. I highly advise you stay away from this place. They only care about making money.
