This was the first time dealing with Party city. I had been searching for days looking for a decent made and priced child's Policeman's hat. I didn't need the whole costume. One search led to another until I saw Party City. AND THERE IT WAS! I was so happy I could order and pay online (wish they would get PayPal) and actually pick it up within 2 hours! They also emailed and texted me when it was ready ( well under 2 hours!) The young girl doing the check out was efficient to go get it for me but she didn't seem to be in a very friendly mood. I would definitely go there again when I need something of that nature.

If I could give it a zero I would! Picked up a large balloon order for my daughter (5/7/22), staff were rude as well as the customers! They didn't offer to help with the awkward size of balloons, I couldn't see or manage getting to the door and NO ONE offered to help me open the doors including staff or customers to which I yelled "thanks for your help " sarcastically! This young lady (a customer) came to my aid and even loaded them into my vehicle for which I am very grateful since I am a senior!

There's a lot to unpack in this place. If you want decorations for your party, this is the place to go. Strangely enough, we had trouble finding party hats. With a name like Party City, I would have thought party hats would be easy to find. But, they were not. We did find some in the end. Also, row after row after row of costumes. If you need a costume this is the place to go.

We had fun looking for costumes I wish they had a better selection of youth though. They have allot of really cool masks though.
