Simply unbelievable variety of birds. You could hear all sorts of bird songs and calls and it is truly a bird watcher's and photographers paradise. Spent about 2.5 hours there and we covered only about 1/4th of the wildlife area. Definitely return and highly recommend visiting with your binoculars and cameras. WA Discover pass required to park and visit the area. We ordered the annual pass from the parking lot and placed a hand written note with proof of purchase.

Bathrooms and parking for a good number of cars. Nice paths for walking on the dikes. We saw about 8 eagles. Many in trees or on tree trunks for long periods of time. Binoculars can help. Bring your tripod so your photos are in extra sharp focus.

Beautiful walk through very unique wetlands. Definitely a great place for bird watchers/photographers to come.

Wiley Slough is one of the gems of the WDFW management areas. Outstanding riparian and intertidal habitat for a variety of mammals, birds and fish. Portions of the area are dedicated to hunting, particularly waterfowl, but in recent years visitation for birdwatching, nature appreciation, photography, and general outdoor recreation have grown immensely. Please be respectful of all wildlife when you visit.

Nevermind. "Clam, mussel, and oyster seasons CLOSED for harvest year-round. Washington Department of Health (DOH) cautions that clams, oysters, and mussels from this beach are not fit for human consumption at any time."
Possibly, but shore fishing from here would be very problematic.
