Mismatched, not sliced through, slightly burnt on one edge, flat crust, and cold. Ordered a lot of Little Caesars and this was the worst one I’ve ever had.

I received an uncooked pizza at my hotel. The store does not pick up their phone, customer service will not get back to you. They took money for services not rendered, that is breach of contract. Make me agree to terms and conditions, you abide by it, too. As far as I can tell they are just going to keep my money. I will never order from this establishment again. Good luck whoever orders next, looks to be a gamble if you'll get something edible.

The American Fork little Ceasars has the worst customer service. Employees are very rude and scattered pretty much everytime I have come here. I got a pizza and breadsticks yesterday and they were both literally rock hard. There was no refund or even a replacement since I got the pizza near closing time (not expecting the best quality near closing) and obviously nobody answered the phone when I called about it. Wish I could add the video for a laugh because I tapped the pizza on the countertop to show my wife how ridiculous it was. I came in the next day to see about getting a free pizza but got denied. Anyways come on people pull it together. 😂

This is the second time in two weeks that I’ve been completely dissatisfied with our order! I even told them today to make sure our pizza had cheese covering the pizza and it came out with bubbles and hardly any cheese again and we order the most bestest... hate to see what the normal pepperoni looks like. Only the second half the pizza had cheese. Also over charged and didn’t give special rate, chicken wings looked mangled and crust was so dry is was crunchy! Worst place ever! I go to pg and never have had issues and we go often. These guys need training. Wasted $25 that I should have went to Pizza Hut with!

Better is order online or order from Doordash it almost more easily without to many people close together in line
That's terrible customer service. You could call during the day and ask for a manager and tell them what happened. The main thing is though is that you shouldn't have to.
This Little Caesars needs to be fixed. Every time I go to this location I have to pull around front to wait for my order and most of the time I wait for more than 15 minutes and have to go in to get it. If I wanted to go inside I wouldn't have chosen the drive thru to begin with. On top of all that I have gotten a pizza that looks like it has sat all day long somewhere, one that hardly had topping on it, and even a pizza that had not been sliced.
