I would love to know too. Would be nice not to have to hear loud freaken thumping coming through my window. Why cant people respect their surrounding?

I agree with most of your answer as most cops are in " self preservation mode" As they choose Not to enforce noise ordinances, Their job is to enforce whats on the books, not pick and choose.

Unfortunately all the cops in Lebanon watch Robin Hood when they were little and their take away was completely wrong because they thought that it was cool to be the Sheriff of Nottingham and steal from all of the people in the community when they saw your car stuck in the snow I bet they were circling around like sharks for 48 hours straight until the clock ran up and then they were like they probably helped to pack the snow in tighter just so it was harder for you to get out

People always say cops can't get away with that s*** but a cop literally just drove over some lady on a beach and that's pretty much all they're good for these days is crushing Souls of all of humanity both figuratively and literally the only real way you can get back at them is to get everybody against them and turn Society into a better place by ridding ourselves of these pests
