So, this was my second-time ever having Popeyes. The first time was probably 2-3 years ago, and I only got the chicken tenders. Tonight, I chose the chicken tenders again, cajun rice, and a 4-pc combo with an assortment of bone-in chicken. It came with a biscuit per box, and I got their Bold BBQ and their Buffalo sauce. All of the chicken was cooked nicely, no issues whatsoever with the presentation, temperature, or the breading. However, the chicken was flavorless. I was fighting for my life to try to see if there was an ounce of proprietary seasoning or taste to the chicken, but no.. I lost that battle. So I gave it to my roommate. She thoroughly enjoyed it. The only thing slightly 'tasteful' to the meal were the fries. And, the only thing delicious were the biscuits. The biscuits were nice and soft, not dry, not too-cooked, etc. This place will trick you into thinking you have Covid.. no taste.

Terrible poor costumer service! They said they don’t do the “app promotions here”. I know fast food is fast food, but the quality is terrible. I got the shrimp and it was a basic of crumbs! This location must be franchised by a moron. I have been to several Popeyes when I travel, it’s southern cooking and quality, but this was like Arbys. They wanted to charge for sauce at this location, I get that some companies do this, but I know Popeyes is not one of them. Big boy corporate needs to come check out this location, it’s horrible and the employees are clueless.

I love Popeyes chicken sandwiches/ the ones here we’re delicious and crispy as usual. The only problem I have with Popeyes now is that their prices have been skyrocketing. The chicken sandwich used to be $4 and now it’s $5… there are never any coupons for the sandwiches as well, which makes me sad because they’re the best thing Popeyes has. This location was fast and had good service.

I haven't been to Popeyes for maybe a year. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo meal. This is what the fries look like. I ordered a medium size and they gave me 11 fries. They were good, but really, 11? Huh. I'll let you be the judge on how many should come in a med. meal.
