Two pieces of meat? I haven't started eating yet, and this isn't the first time I've had to find out if there's not enough to go around and refry it, rather than putting me off with vegetables.

Teriyaki chicken should taste like teriyaki and should come with teriyaki sauce. Asking customer if they would like soy sauce is helpful also. Telling said customer to come back and get the missing sauces when they are off work - 5 hours later is not helpful. First time last I have been to this location. The only food I received that was edible was the Fortune cookie. Waste of time and money

Stopped in for some string bean and chicken. The kitchen bar was lacking some main items. String bean and chicken was one of them. You can see by the pictures I have attached. The personnel were extremely friendly and helpful. Dylan checked in on me as I was waiting for my order to be cooked. The restaurant is clean and modern. So my 3stars come from the lack of available food at 815pm and having to wait for it. I also notice the carton holder has shrink in size. I really think this is bad management. In China meat or protein comes at a premium. However the Chinese serve lots of vegetables and I would love to see a restaurant offer more vegetables with the dinners and less carbs(rice, noodles). Then give the customers the choice if they want small amounts of protein or order up more and pay the difference. They charge by the gram in other countries. I know the more vegetables would make Americans healthier.

Been here so many times because me and my kids like it, but they STRUGGLE at this location. Sat in a LONG line of cars and when I finally got up to order I knew immediately why. The cashier was so slow. He had to take at least a solid minute to ask how long the fried rice would take. Came back on and said 7 minutes. I had already waited for 30 minutes so I said whatever. I paid, drove around the corner and waited about another 10 minutes when they finally brought the food. The almond chicken was super crunchy. The rest okay, but so many times I’ve had burnt eggs in the rice. Another time my wife found broken plastic in her egg roll! Just tonight my wife tried to go and the website said they were open until 10:30. She got there at 9:57, waited behind one car, drove up to order and the default intercom message came on saying it was closed! She said Hello, and someone came on and said they were closed and they wouldn’t serve her. What in the 🤬. Can’t imagine the owner would be happy about employees turning away money! STAY AWAY from this location.

All of the pandas make sure to triple mask and have 6 foot bamboo poles to make sure they are properly social distanced. They have also received all three versions of the covid vaccine. They always wear gloves and make sure to sanitize all surfaces every 30 minutes. Overall very covid conscious. Just don't sneeze around them. (Disclaimer: everything I have said is a lie. There are no actual pandas that work at this location. Also, this location has a drive through if you wish to avoid going inside.) Have a fabulous panda day.

I would contact HR. From my exp. this is my favorite one. They always give the most generous serving of noodles.
