No free breakfast. Room doors slam loudly so be ready to be woken up by 5 am. Busy streets right next to hotel, so car passing by and car noise all day. Our room garbage was not cleaned until we asked. Nice touch was free fruit, water and coffee but they take a long time to refill the coffee due to being understaffed. Nice kids running the place, but way too expensive for the simplicity...$249 per night

Nice location. Minimal breakfast, but the egg burrito was warm. Bathroom could have been swept better. Room was a bit worn (carpet, paint, furniture), but the bed and sheets were comfortable.

Called about 2 months ahead of time to book 2 nights. I was asked if I had any discounts I would like to apply. Possibly I said. I’m not sure if they took what I was using however the man on the phone approved it. Upon arrival, Shannon the lady checking us in said my discount would be invalid and I would forfeit a nights stay if we went anywhere else. After complete frustration of us being lied to by Ridgway. Shannon the lady at the desk started making snarky comments and rude facial expressions to my wife. A great trip other than meeting Shannon.

This place isn’t running an honest business. I’m not sure if there has been an ownership change or whatnot. When I arrived, this hotel claimed they could not find my reservation. Although they checked me in, because there was room available, they promised to sort out reservation with the 3rd party travel website. But, they never did so. They were happy to just charge me on my credit card, and not bother telling me that I might be double charged. At the end, the travel website told me that the it was the hotel canceled my paid reservation. The travel website compensated me additional money for the inconvenience. Ironically, this hotel didn’t seem to bother with their customer’s inconvenience.

Yes, they are pet friendly lodge, but you need to take your pet with you when you are not in your room.
