Very average visit to Denny’s. The wait was reasonable, but we didn’t have anyone acknowledge that we had walked in for more than five minutes, despite several employees making eye contact with us. Not even a smile. We didn’t expect a conversation, but an acknowledgment that someone would be with us shortly. Food was average. Greasy as expected. Employees looked overworked and were without any smiles or happiness. Our server was polite. Food temperature was good. Tables were dirty.

We had a nice breakfast at Denny's. Pancakes were tasty and the milkshakes were delicious and made of real ice. But the service wasn't that good. Took a while before we got a table and it wasn't even that busy. It also took a long time before we got our food and drinks

We had a late lunch after hiking at Mesa Verde national park. The Beyond patty was different and better than what I had at the Houston's Denny's. I checked, tasted and smelled it and could say for certain that it wasn't beef.

Took my family here this morning and we had a good experience. This is the second time here and both times the food was really good. Our server Dawn was quick and made sure we got taken care of. The food was cooked well and wasn't over cooked. The portions of the food was great. This is one Denny's we will be coming back to on our next visit to Cortez.

Most of the time they cannot hold reservations but they sometimes will hold a table if it's a huge group, contact the store manager Ellen Baldwin by calling the restaurant number and she will give you plenty of information.

Wow! They must be having an off-day, I have always had excellent service there. Never had to wait, food delivered fresh and hot and fast. So sorry to hear you had a bad experience.
