I've learned time after time to appreciate Enterprise Rent-A-Car I've had several chances to work with them and they seem to have came clear as a very good company to work with they usually have deals If you ask and I find that they can accommodate people in the last minute often. I appreciate the selection of vehicles and they maintain a clean new smelling fleet. Two thumbs up ladies and gentlemen.

I wish I could give 0 stars. We reserved a van back in March for a week long trip to California. Three days before we were supposed to pick up the van I ended up calling to check on the reservation. Thank goodness I did, these guys failed to tell us they decided to close the Monday we were supposed to pick up the vehicle. They said they would be happy to transfer our minivan to pick up at Durango airport and work with us there. We were fine with that even though it was a day early, somewhat inconvenient since we live 3 hours away. A manager gave us a discount for all the problems. Well once we get to Durango they tell us they can't accept our reservation. The whole time the girls were unprofessional and laughed it off. I'll be happy to take our $600 reservation somewhere else! Thanks for the headache before our vacation, I'll never do business with Enterprise again.

This is the place to rent a car. No fuss or fluff...just get a car. The personnel is always friendly & helpful. I have rented here several times & always walk away a satisfied customer. Samuel, my most recent assistant, was a 5 star trooper. Excellent customer service. I will be back !
