Bought two Goodyear viva tires. One dry rotted out and one is still in good condition. Both have low ware as evidenced by the ware bars. The milage driven was 25000 on both tires This clearly implies the one bad tire was defective. Walmart in no way backs the tires they sell. Given their willingness to sell defective tires and take no responsibility for them, you may want to reconsider.

Wes did our tire job within 45 min and got us back onto the road. The guy who checked us in was very friendly and a great conversation. Thank you guys in the auto center!!

I have been going here for years and only recently have had an issue. The manager has refused to correct it as far as I can tell so I felt I should share it. I will say that there some fabulous techs there, but you can't choose who works on your car. I spent about $800 on tires and after about 1 year they told me I needed a repair and to take it to the shop as the tires were damaged. I did, and spent $70 on the repair- a rebalance and rotation because the shop said it had not been done correctly and was causing the damage. I took the printout the shop gave me to TLE and tried to show it to them but they dismissed me and wouldn't even look at it. To this day they still haven't corrected it so if you go there, check the work. The price is good but you don't know who will work on your car.
