Overall the product is good here and the people are mostly friendly especially at the checkout lines and pharmacy. However, my experience on 3/19 made me never want to shop at the deli counter again. There was one guy with long hair and facial hair who walked around with headphones in while I waited for several minutes to be helped. He was cutting meat and sneezing all over the meat in the meat fridge display. Once I was finally helped by a younger guy, he was completely rude and seemed like he hated his job. When I thanked him he turned and walked away like I had inconvenienced him. I know good help is hard to find these days but these two should not be working around food or people. Maybe with animals.

As a customer and a instacart shopper for others.. Smiths customer service is top notch. When I say I have needed assistance with every department in the store I mean literally every department from deli, produce, meat, cashiers, etc.. have all been super helpful when I need help finding a product or when my phone was about to die and I needed a charger to finish an instacart. Special Kudos to John in the produce department who is the most helpful and genuinely nice employee I have ever met. All the starbucks ladies are always so sweet and make the best drinks. I see others have commented about stocking issues but honestly I don't think it's a matter of employess not stocking but rather being out of product. I often will be in the store from 9 am to about 5 pm when I'm doing instacart and that entire time I watch meat and produce out stocking the shelves. This is a very busy store so they go through alot of product. With that said keep up the great work 👏

Not the best grocery store in town. Grandma goes in often after my haircut at great clips and grandma’s quick visit to Phone DOC. This Smith’s location has a Starbucks which we love but the shelves are rarely fully stocked and the self checkout is a pain. When bagging your own groceries you MUST put your items in a bag before it will let you continue with your purchases. It’s frustrating because although there are 20 checkout lines, usually only one has a cashier working so I’m forced to bag them myself. If I am required to bag my own groceries, you would think they would be more lax on the weight of each item. Listen Linda, i don’t work at Smith’s. Of course grandma also has like 40 coupons cut out at the register which makes my job as cashier even more of a pain. She requires me to tell her (and at a volume that others can hear and admire) just how much she saved after I enter each coupon. It’s embarrassing. Anyway, The Catholic Church in town has bingo tonight so I gotta go. Going to spend the money we saved by using the coupons. BINGO that’s a review.

I never write google reviews, let alone for a grocery store. On that note, I just wanted to mention that Tiffany working the checkout was so sweet and SO FAST at checking out her line! Fastest time checking out at smiths EVER! She was super professional and amazingly efficient without throwing my groceries all over! She deserves a gold star 🙂

I am not certain how long the deli is open today being July 4th. You may have to call and find out...probably open most of the day.
They don't but Lee's also in Heber does.
9pm i believe
Yes... but it's not good. Try Itto sushi in Orem, Midvale or Downtown SLC for REAL sushi.
