Best Western Plus Heber Valley Hotel

On a week long road trip with my sibling, this was the best hotel we stayed at the entire time. The room was clean, staff was super friendly and chatty. We were a little late for breakfast yet the woman who was cleaning up offered to grab us a plate, the pool and hot-tub we're great!!! Awesome reviews for this hotel!

I dont know where to begin with the compliments. I had been travelling by myself for days driving cross country. I had terrible luck finding safe, clean hotels. The room was HUGE, spotless, comfortable and super accommodating to my dogs. The next morning I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary breakfast. Real eggs!! The breakfast was super yummy with lots of simple options. The staff were incredible, the front desk guys were friendly and professional, i spoke to Keaton and an amazing woman who was being trained the morning I was there. They made me feel like we were old friends. I cant say enough about this hotel. I needed this stop to rejuvinate me. Thanks guys, I appreciate your hard work and your amazing personalities and hospitality.

Positive: I liked the double room. It was perfect for my family. I liked that the staff gave me a free water bottle or two because we go to best western often. The breakfast was one of the best that we have had at any hotel. Extra thanks to the breakfast staff. Negative: The phone in my room did not work so I had to go downstairs to get blankets for the hide-a-bed.

The hotel is clean with friendly staff, a good breakfast and an awesome 24 hour beverage station. One thing we found upsetting is that we got a room with a full kitchen with plans to cook some meals at the hotel. There were hardly any dishes. There were no serving bowls, knives, strainers, or baking dishes. When I went to the desk they told me I would have had to pack them or go across to Walmart to get them. It seems ridiculous that you would advertise a full kitchen and not stock it properly. The hotel uses a ton of plastic cups, stirrers, and cutlery. You are having a huge negative impact on the planet with your single use products . Other than that our stay was very good.
