I am currently un-able to come into the store and I need help with my account. I have all of the information needed to verify the account and am an authorized user. However the rep told me, sorry nothing I can do for you. Stated he isn't allowed to answer peoples questions on the phone and only can talk to customers in person. Genuinely confused by this experience. Worked with this location over the phone in the past. I'm really hoping it was just an unexperienced employee during this staff shortage, because that was awful.

Two lines would cost $120/mo. in service (with AutoPay). There's a one-time $25 activation fee per line, and the cost for a device varies. They may even be able to pay off your phones from your current carrier! Feel free to stop by, and the associates will gladly provide you with details and information.
