My big baby had surgery here yesterday. And let me tell y'all. They kept me up to date like every hour and a half. They would tell me how he was and kept me up on his condition. They knew my nerves were not very good. I was so worried when I dropped him off. But felt so relieved every time they texted or called. Now this is what u can expect from the people that work here. They care about ur baby just as much as they care for their's. Like FAMILY,, that's the way it felt like and that's the way it should be at every VETS OFFICE. We would like to THANK Y'ALL from our hearts for doing an EXCELLENT JOB on him and THANK Y'ALL for CARING for him like he was part of Y'ALLS FAMILY. Curt&Diane 9/20/22 Today my little baby girl Cutie-pie had surgery on her teeth. Had a few taken out. They take such great care of ur, fur-babies, kids, or ur little babies. What ever u call them, they r really gentle and kind there also. Thank y'all again.

We first came here when we moved from out-of-state based on other reviews. They squeezed in our fur baby within 2 days of us calling, and have always squeezed us in when we need it. She just had spay complications and got taken in the next morning for an emergency exploratory surgery. Dr. Renee Fahrenholz has been absolutely fantastic with our dog & keeping us updated and guiding us in the right direction for the best care for her while keeping price in mind. Really great group of people here!

I called there and as soon as they get the call and the receptionist says “wait for a moment” and after I waited on the phone for 15 minutes she NEVER come back. I had to hang up the phone because I had to go back to work. Also their receptionist needs some training to be kind to customers.

Staff was very professional and compassionate regarding my sick cat. They got him in quickly. Renee kept me in the loop about his status throughout the day and answered all of my questions. She did a great job with my feisty cat. Her diagnosis and treatment of him have helped him a lot.

No, but we do have a quarterly program. For residential and small commercial companies. The only monthly rates we do are usually 4 stories or higher. Please gives us a call or text ur addres and what u want done and I'll swing buy and give u an estimate.
