The rates here are significantly higher than advertised, the customer service is a really sad joke and the worst was the neighbors said they had BedBugs ! This was the worst hotel stay of my life and I would rather sleep in my car than stay here again!!!!!

The bed was extremely old, and when we sat on it there was no cushion. The matress was broken. The room had a musty, urine smell. It was not worth paying $140 a night. Staff was friendly,, and a refund was given. I wouldn't stay here again unless they updated, and replaced their mattresses,

Was in town for a race and spoke with the front desk before driving here and she told me at 9pm that we could check out late at 11:30am the next day. Giving us time to shower for the next race tomorrow. During the night there was constant banging, shouting and we got very little sleep. "Rasish" the day clerk male refused to honor the what the female night clerk stated and they stripped the room. He rudely told us they never allow a late check in so it's very clear someone lied to get us here. Had we know we would have gone else where 100%. I do not recommend this location, crew nor staff. Breakfast has sparse and nothing looked edible. Comfort Inn across the parking lot looks mor desirable.

-5 star! Freshly dried stained comforter, then we were switched to different rooms honestly new bedding would’ve been fine. But they decided to move us to a new room. Now room 2 is actually worse not cleaned. So now I’m reading reviews and see lots of people saying bed bugs so now I’m checking my mattress out and the very first corner of the mattress has Rust colored stains on the whole mattress. Took pics showed the owner wasn’t even angry until he asked me to leave at 2 am with my 2 kids. He said I should’ve never looked at the mattress! It’s my fault both rooms are filthy not just the mattress? To think I would’ve been fine with a different room. Idk how the owner can sleep at night. But very smart to have another hotel next door. They are making money off the poor people running from this hotel. Idk how this hotel had any stars. You can’t treat people this way! BAD BUSINESS!
