We had an amazing experience buying from Dania. We had ordered a dinning table which would be available only in June. We were periodically updated of the status and when the order was ready it was delivered on time and assembled too. Anna was our representative and she was awesome during the whole process from answering all our questions to follow ups for replacements too. Overall we were very happy with buying from Dania.

Truly a horrible overall experience, especially customer service; it took them over 6 months to tell me the item is available for delivery (I still havent received it). They simply used pandemic as an excuse to get away with everything; not once they called to give me an update & everytime they lectured me about how lucky I was to ordered this item prior to price increases. This supply chain issue will soon go away and they wont have any other excuse but customers will remember BAD customer service.

We’ve had excellent experiences at all Dania stores, but especially in Kirkland. Shahram is my go-to individual, but everyone is helpful, including their behind the scenes warehouse people. Furniture is high quality and prices are reasonable. Highly recommend.

Dania has great products and we have been a buyer from last 6 years. Dania's customer care services have been great. This time we had issue with our couch. Even after 3 years, they are going to replace it for us for free. Very happy with Dania overall.
