They don't provide you care, they just run a business and it's not right. I moved to the area, so I decided to try a closer dentistry although I was super happy with the previous one. They reached out to me through LinkedIn. My routine annual visit with Kirkland Premier Dentistry was a disaster. They took X-ray without asking how long since it had been done. Then they took numerous pictures from my teeth and showing them to me in a giant display. I barely got any quality treatment in that visit. Whole time they were trying HARD to convince me that I need numerous treatments for my teeth (horrible upselling technique!). Half way through the visit I had no trust to them, and I just wanted to get out of there. They even brought in a person from finance dept. for me to do the paper work and commit for some payment! I ran out, and made an appointment with my old dentistry which I totally trust. They didn't confirm any of the treatments that Kirkland Premier Dentistry suggested. And after a year, no problem and issue with my teeth. Shame on Kirkland Premier Dentistry for seeing me as a way to make money not as a patient to care for. I will never go back.

After almost 2 years without visiting a dentist due to Covid I decided to go to Kirkland Premier Dentistry for a full checkup and cleaning, although I had no pains or issues. They recommended to me 2 crowns and 10 composite resins. I started last August with the first crown and the resins on the same side, they finished the resins but The crown was painful so I asked to stop the treatment until the crown is fixed. For a few months they tried to do adjustments (I had to visit every 2 weeks), then they asked me to go for a root canal consultation. In the consultation they recommended root canal procedure. I decided to go to another dentist. The other dentist completed the resins, 3 instead of 5 without any need for a crown. I showed him the x-rays I had from Premier Dentistry and he said that the cavity wasn’t that bad and the crown wasn’t required. Today, after more that half a year, I still have pain and looks like I have to replace the crown or go through a root canal procedure. Adding to all the above, the dentistry has a factory, dentists are separated by cabinets and you clearly hear what’s going in next to you. One star goes to the nice staff only:)

They provide wonderful care, wonderful customer service, work with you on alternative treatment plan, if possible. Relaxed and friendly staff, front desk is very helpful. I had all my problems taken care of in one appointment and at a decent price. Professional and with skillful hands. Really appreciate their care.

Dr Sheena and Dr Gaurav with their excellent team took care my dental needs. Appointment was made quickly. They addressed all my dental concerns for fillings, mouth guard, annual checkup and cleaning within two visits. Strongly recommend Kirkland Premier Dentistry!
