The location and the staff were wonderful. But the hotel in its self needs some work. The pool was advertised to have a clear blue waterfall and there was no waterfall and the color of the pool was green and brown you couldn't even see the bottom of the pool. And they only have the one restaurant called lift bar open right now the food was bad if you can go somewhere else you should. It took forever to get our food for it to take freezer burnt and the kids mac and cheese was the lowest of quality the kids didn't even like it. And then to round it all out we didn't have any too sheet on our beds only a small grunge blanket and a decorative top blanket. We won't be back

The Hotel looks very nice and the Bar is just okay with not many food options. Our bed didn't have an actual blanket which was unfortunate. I booked the hotel for the interesting pool W/waterfall. The waterfall feature was broken, the Inside hot tub was also broken, and the outdoor Hot tub wouldn't get hot but was warm (maybe 90 degrees). Breakfast was a little disappointing. However the location is beautiful. The King Suit was nice small bathroom but that's about it.

We choose this hotel because the pool looked awesome. It had a water fall and hot tub.. Unfortunately neither were working. The free breakfast was really good though and are room was nice and clean. I would definitely give them a second chance 😉

We enjoyed being so close to the slopes. Pool with outdoor hot tub was nice, restaurant was fairly priced and good- liked my burger! Room was spacious and clean. Front desk staff were (mostly) friendly. I liked the large outdoor patio- sat outside and read and it was very relaxing. Enjoyed our time there.
