Always late with my packages. It's very difficult to run a small business when I pay $15-$30 for overnight shipping and my package takes 5 to 6 days to arrive. I've even gone to the ship station and attempted to pick up my packages and they say they cannot release the package because it's still on the crate after arriving at their station over 24 hours ago. I would recommend any other shipper in the Auburn Kent area because it seems they just do not have it together at this location. I have lost THOUSANDS of dollars in potential business because of theor delays.

They never deliver anything on time, I always have to set my orders to "pick up" when I have to deal with FedEx. PLEASE businesses, do not choose FedEx to deliver anything, they are the worst delivery service available

Packages always get stuck here for days. They fake like they are on a truck, you get an email it’s on the way, then they magically return to this place and leave again the next day, then come back again. It’s all fake activity so they look like are shipping stuff. A bunch of scammers work here.

Nothing I ever order gets to me with FedEx from this dumpster fire ship center. What you can expect when they steal or lose your stuff, "Your FedEx Claim has been denied." But don't worry, "FedEx values your business." They just don't value YOU as a customer. They just want your money. It's all there, use UPS. FedEx is a scam tbh.
