Definately worth a stop! Just a few minutes off the freeway, so take a break from driving & enjoy a little history lesson. Beautiful grounds, short video, plenty of parking, bathrooms & friendly faces too.

This is a must place to visit. The history, the great restoration, the film and the tour is excellent. We would definitely recommend this to everyone

What a cool find!!! This place was amazing!! Very well maintained, don’t miss the movie they offer at the start of the tour! You can tour on your own or with a guide. We toured ourselves & it was excellent! So much to see & you could really put yourself back in time- the grounds were also beautiful! Bring snacks or lunch & relax in the picnic area- tons of shade & lots of flowers

A perfect place to rest on a long trip (funnily enough, that was why it was first established). Restrooms are SPOTLESS, trash & parking are free, and the grounds are comfortable enough for small kids to play. The tour was interesting, and they even had pioneer games for kids. The also gave us a free spinning toy, which was nice. The tour is REALLY cool, but you should know that this location is maintained by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, so there are some mentions of religion (but don't worry! They don't push any proselytizing, and they didn't offer any pamphlets or materials, though if you ARE interested, I'm sure they could oblige), so if you're not into religion at all, just enjoy the beautiful grounds, and they won't bother you at all.
