Sawmill Creek Park is one of Arundel County best parks. There's something to do for everybody. There's tennis courts, basketball courts, a play ground for kids, Skate board courts, handball court, trails about 1.5 miles, picnic area,fishing,water access, bathrooms, cossesion stand many restaurants and stores near and the lighrail. Been going there for many years washing all the actions.

Decent skatepark, they’re open late and have lights until 10-11pm. They have mini ramps and some ledges but the way the park is structured kinda sucks even after they redid it. It also can get pretty crowded. If you need a decent reliable skate spot though this one ain’t bad.

It is a great park with nice trails. I go to the skatepark and ride in the newly renovated park. The park has may great ramps and features. Plus a mini ramp.

They do not have grilling areas. There is one small pavilion connected to the concession stand (only open during games and events). Closest park with grills/grilling areas is Lake Waterford.
I do not believe you need a license, but I think you must provide your own equipment.
Idk but its a public park ,maybe just to reserve a spot
