Horrible customer service my fry was supposed to medium fry it doesn't even halfway full the fries were cold and the girl in the drive-through window I asked her for more barbecue sauce and she basically threw it at me you guys need to get some more better customer service people in there

Fries are always cold and double dipped multiple times around lunch time check your fries before leaving they are always burnt and double dipped get them to make fresh fries before you go. The employees and manger don’t care about nothing

I forgot to order a shake at the order menu. When I got to window to pick up order I asked if I could order it then. She said no you'll have to go back through the line. I said "oh my gosh.. it's for my BIL he's been sick and that's what helps him." The next thing I know. She brings me a shake and told me it's on the house! Awesome!!

I usually go here a few times a week. The food and service is much better in the morning. The food looks like it's thrown together in the afternoon and the people definitely aren't very friendly.
