Just tried to order over the phone and the girl would not take it. She told me I could order online and when I told her that the online ordering won’t allow me to change the bucket to only breast and legs, she said “No, you can come in, we don’t take phone orders”. I won’t order from them again with her attitude. I want to order a pickup so I don’t have to sit in the store waiting for my food hence the reason for calling in advance.

I’m absolutely appalled by the service I received tonight. I ordered a 12 Piece family meal, and while the boy taking orders was clarifying some things for me, the manager jumped on and started yelling at me over the intercom. I asked why she was yelling and told her it was unnecessary because I could hear fine, I was just asking questions about what I was ordering. When I got to the window she started yelling in my face that she wasn’t being rude she was just speaking up since I couldn’t hear. Which was not the case, I was just simply asking questions. Instead of apologizing or calming down, she proceeded to yell at me and shot down everything I said, then walked away. Poor kid taking orders apologized to me quietly. With other reviews, this location seriously needs new management I can’t believe this lady is still working here. I’ll be calling to make a formal complaint tomorrow.

Service was ok. One of my pet peeves is either when sauce is wrong or not offered at all. They didn’t offer any, I had to ask after receiving the food. Drive up guy didn’t particularly care and was very hard to understand. Previous car had gotten a wrong order and the truck before them did too. Not impressed. Then I go to get mine and the chicken was dry. Choked it down bc I was hungry but jeez. Not a good experience...
