SILVIA is a gem! One of the best haircuts I've received at Great clips in a very long time. She checked and double checked everything and made sure things were even and that she did what I asked. This is a rare find!

I went to get a trim. I had a previous bad cut at another store. I showed the stylist what I wanted fixed. She seemed to not understand me and had me move to another stylists, Maria, chair. She stood and watched the stylist cut my hair, explaining what she was doing. After the cut she had me look in mirror with my hair plastered down wet. When I got home and tried to style it it was a choppy, uneven mess. After I finished crying I called the store to let them know I needed my hair fixed and I was on my way. Luckily the manager Erika was there and she fixed my hair the best she could. I have never been so upset and distraught after a haircut. I’m a senior citizen with a few mild disabilities. The first stylist was very rude and didn’t attempt to help or answer my questions. She just told me to go get in Maria’s chair. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name. Overall I had a terrible experience! If not for Erika I don’t know what I would have done. I’m not sure I’ll ever go back to this location but if I do I’ll only let Erika touch my hair. Maria should give her $10 tip I left for her to Erika, who I also tipped $10.

Worse haircut ever! The girls working there are not professional at all, they are really loud and talking about their personal stuff across the entire salon. Literally almost everything wrong with this place, the only thing saving them is that it's actually decent clean. I guess the actual problem is the people working there, they need more practice and they should go practice at home.

We live nearby and have been coming here for around 10 years. The only thing keeping it from receiving a five star review is I would like more consistency with the staff. My son has some unique, difficult hair, and only a few stylists can get it right. And it’s hard to keep track of who they are. I appreciate that they have an online check-in. If you do have to wait, there are several great little shops and grocery store within walking distance.

You can use Online Check-In for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. And, most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call the salon to inquire.
