In order to rectify their mistake (missing item) I have to return to the store for cash? I did not pay with cash I paid electronically with a card online. You did not render services I paid for. I will be disputing the whole order with my bank. If I get my money back I'll consider removing this review.

Great customer service! I love it.. my sister and her husband and their 2 children came along and my children had fun talking and laughing with an african american gentleman who was really funny... That's what I call great customer service! Thank you sir for your time! My children would like to go back again!.

Worst Wendy's drive-thru ever! Anywhere! Better off driving to another one. Have no clue how to take an order, fill order (one value meal), or give a receipt! Took about 15 minutes and I was the only customer (nowI know why). They had me park.....waited...waoted.. waited. Went in "We forgot you....sorry dude" All employees act like they might be really, really stoned. Don't go here.

I get that there is a shortage in staff at some places, but that doesn't mean you need to be rude! Especially if youj want people to come back! After being told very rudely that he'll get to us when he can we waited about 10 min, and left. They really didn't look that busy. There were 3 cars in the drive through and two groups that consisted of 6 people total. I used to go here on occasion at lunch, but I dont think I'll be back!!
