The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was comfortable. We had a party of 4 and the food for 3 was acceptable. I was very unhappy with the steak though. I ordered a T-bone cooked medium, it came over-well. Tough enough that the steak knife had trouble cutting it and it chewed as if eating shoe leather. The steak was also so thin that there is no way it could've been the 13oz it was labeled as before cooking. I will not order another steak from here, that's if I ever decide to visit again.

We ordered our food when it came out was all cold. I asked to see our waitress and told her our food was all cold. She asked if we would like for them to remake the food and I said absolutely please that would be very appreciated. Which they did remake our food. Another lady asked if we were waiting for our check or food? I think she was the manager. I said we were waiting for our food because the first time it came out it was all cold. She said they are sorry and they would make sure it came out hot this time. A few minutes later she handed me my check and said the food was on the way. When it came out it was nice and hot and tasted really good. They did not take anything off the check for us having to send it all back the first time. But I am just appreciated that they made it right and remade our food and it came out nice and hot.

Never received napkins. 2 of 4 meals were wrong, didn't receive any sauces ordered, didn't have silverware until 5 minutes after receiving meals. Service was horrible. This was on a Sunday night at 9pm. Not busy but messed up nearly everything

It was busy this morning when we eat breakfast around 8:30am. I order Salted Caramel & Banana Cream Pancake Breakfast. Two buttermilk pancakes cooked with shortbread pieces and topped with vanilla cream, bananas, more shortbread pieces and salted caramel. Served with 2 eggs (overhard I choose) , hash browns, 1 bacon strip and 1 sausage link. The pancakes is so delicious, creamy and most of all, the salted caramel syrup is so yummy every bite of the pancake. You must try!
