Place a order inside for a chili dog and pretzles. Waited 20 mins, then asked whats up with it. They just said someone messed up the order and asked me to wait 5 more mins and they would make it for me. 15 mins later i got my food. These people really want $15/hr? They cant even make the orders as they come in.

I used to work here in high school. It’s closed and re-opened twice since then. No improvement whatsoever which was plain to see today. I literally just walked in there for a vanilla milkshake and was told “we aren’t taking any lobby orders only drive thru” one of the most absurd things I’ve ever heard. Whenever the franchise owner is now needs to think about better management, This is why I will continue to use the Cranberry location. These employees scoffed when I came in too. Will never return.

Went through drive through I was going Ordering and the guy taking my order actually huffed then when I got up to the window it took 10 min just to take my money and said we were making your order .. said sorry it’s melting I put hot fudge in it oh no their both melting bc you made them first ..wouldn’t expect this from around here

I used to work here at a difficult time in my life and I enjoyed it. The drive-through is normally really well managed, but there are times it will get backed up (due to low staff). The reason I gave it four stars as opposed to 5 is because the team can be inconsistent varying on their mood. If this store could get consistent management and a well-oriented team it would be on fire and a profound location!
