Waitress took almost 10 minutes to acknowledge us and she only had about 4 tables. Food was cold. BWW Is usually great but if you’re in cranberry, find another option.

This place has gone way down hill. First off, the workers casual conversation was littered with expletives. Our pickup order was 26 mins late (apparently due to pretzel knots taking too long). We got home and my wife's Caeser salad was covered in dressing when we requested none. My wings were completely cold. And my kids pretzel knots were burnt. There are better options for wings in the area for sure.

Ordered two wing and fry combo meals. Picked up my bag and got home, and there were no fries for either meal and they forgot my carrots as well. Hard to give a good rating when you only get half your food you paid for. They issued a $10 refund. Would honestly have paid them an extra $10 to not ruin our dinners. Update: the manager spoke to me and apologized, asked if they could send me a $15 card. I appreciate the gesture and changed the status from 1 star to 3. It’s nice when a business does this. Will give it a second chance and hope everything goes smoothly.

First time ordering and I’m very disappointed with my food.not only did I get tortilla chips as apposed to Fries which I selected but the chicken wrap was soo small I couldn’t feed it to a 3yr old. First impression lasts and it’s Safe to say this will be my last time ordering here
