I ordered a dishwasher that was in stock. Ours had broken and we wanted one that wouldn't take long to get. We had an install date less than a week from the purchase and I took work off to accommodate the installer. Lowe's lost the dishwasher and we had to reschedule. Over a week later I took another day off work and Lowe's lost the dishwasher again! Yes again! Over a month later it was finally delivered and installed by a plumber I paid instead of Lowe's. I wish that's where my story ended but in the 5 hours plus on trying to get ahold of someone that the store. 5 hours! Somehow they issued me gift cards in error. Calling corporate yielded at least a call back. But at the time of writing I still don't know if I can use these cards. If they're getting me any form of compensation for the 3 days of work I missed. Do yourself a favor and shop literally anywhere else.

The worst visit I've ever had to Lowes. The women's restroom had diarrhea all over the place, including the walls. The very large garbage can was beyond full and all over the floor. I had to turn around and walk right back out. I asked an employee a question and his answer was "I don't know." Instead of trying to find out and help me, and he just kept on walking. Then, I go to checkout in the garden area on a hot sunny day and they only have one register open. Yep, you guessed it, the line was a mile long. I think I'll start finding my garden needs elsewhere from now on.

Absolutely horrible, we had issues withe the ordering system at lowes 2 years ago. Today we thought we'd give them another shot. Their ordering system has gotten worse now than it was and unfortunately ordering is about the only option because they don't seem to have any appliances in stock. Spent over two hours trying to get a washer and dryer ordered with no luck. Staff was awesome, but were unable to work around the flawed system to get our appliances ordered.

I always like Lowes. It's one of my favorite stores. Especially since I've been remodeling my shower. This tile is the boutique tile from lowes. It's super pretty. I'm quite pleased with how it turned out.
