CELL IT HERE CELLPHONE REPAIR

I got my Samsung S20 plus fixed here about a month and a half ago. Roughly a week ago the phone died on me. It was no fault of Cell It Here. The board just fried in it. It made me sick considering I just spent over $400 dollars between the new screen and battery. I thought I was going to be without a phone for a while seeing that I didn't have the money for a brand new one. I mentioned to the employee ( Will ) that all I had was my broken Samsung S10 plus. He said.."I'll tell you what, bring it in and we'll just swap out your S20 parts for the S10 parts." So basically he took the S20 parts back that I purchased and gave me the parts needed to fix my S10 instead. It needed a new screen and battery as well. He fixed my S10 for me. He helped me out when he didn't have to. He could of easily said sorry about your luck and charged me to fix the S10 as well, however he didn't. I have NEVER had any company or employee go above and beyond like that for me. I have NEVER received customer service like that EVER. This was actually my second positive experience with this company. I honestly can't say enough good about them. Not only will I use them for all of my cellphone / tablet needs now...But I will recommend them to everyone that I talk to that needs any work done. I wish I could give them ten stars instead of five. I HIGHLY recommend Cell It Here. They will most definitely treat you right. Thanks again Will. You are awesome!

Great service - fixed promptly and applied screen protector , no issues. Slightly cheaper and definitely better than last repair I got (in a different city)

I had broke my new cell phone screen .and I was told by my phone store to go to cell it here .phone repairs store .and thay had my phone repaired in less than 30 minutes. Very nice employee's.
