Yeah,It was a wonderful experience at the Best Western plus,I have not been on that other side of Steubenville for a long amount of time. to come in town for a memorable moment of a baby 💔 brother who spent him life living there was a tribute from bad to good in the past experience. I enjoyed the morning breakfast and coffee ☕.

The staff was fine, the place is almost brand new (less than ten years I believe). The oil and gas clients destroyed this place! Hogs is all I can say. I stay out of town frequently for work. I've never asked anywhere for a new room. That was until recently. Room 206. Stay away! The carpet was destroyed. Grease, filth, half way cleaned. Smears on desk. Juice stains on carpet. Let me put it to you this way, I walked in and wouldn't take my CLEAN work boots off. I didn't want my socks to touch the floor. Luckily the staff was super understanding, apologized and without hesitation, Gave me a new room. The new room was way better. I was super kind and so were they. Had I booked a trip with family though...I would have probably been insulted that they even thought that was suitable for my family. Advice to BW, DO NOT put families in room 206!

Check-in was good and smooth. The room was dirty and the towels were dirty found. We have stayed here two times, one-time last year and then this year, last year was very nice this year not so much. disappointed for sure

Kim O. Excellent Hotel!!! I had a great stay here last week. Management, Staff are professional and helpful. Very clean/sanitized, comfortable room. They take precautions with social distancing, including limited or no interaction if preferred, with housekeeping, etc., by texting or phoning the front desk with service and item requests. It actually works well! Located behind 2 restaurants, easy to get to and plenty of parking. I gladly recommend this Hotel to all!
