Do NOT stay here - there were bedbugs in the room, as I woke up to blood on my sheets and a dead bed bug on the bed. I took pictures of this and forwarded them to management, and the manager acknowledged this and brought in professional exterminators and confirmed they found a few bed bugs (although he claims there was no active infestation, but who knows). Despite this, the manager refused to refund my first night's stay, which only frustrated me even more. Additionally, the general hotel cleanliness was terrible - the floors were stained and dirty and the bathrooms had a weird smell. Fun fact, housekeeping is not a daily thing. You have to ask them to come or else they won't. This probably contributes to the overall dirty state of the hotel. The elevator was also horrendously slow and creaky, and the front desk people were not friendly at all. I cut my stay short before I could further find out what inadequacies this hotel had. Do NOT stay at Hotel Vue in Mountain View

The staff were pleasant, but that's about the only thing going for this hotel. It's ok/tolerable for a facility to show its age or be next to a noisy street, but absolutely not ok to find someone else's hair in a "freshly made" hotel bed. Or to have worn sheets. The room carpet was gross as well. And it smelled musty. I would avoid this place if cleanliness is important to you. I felt uncomfortable during my 2-night visit and spent as little time as possible at the hotel.

I only gave this place 2 stars because the staff was pleasant. But the room was disgusting. Feet stains in the bathtub, clearly wasn’t cleaned in a while..dirty and unknown splatters in the walls, makes you wonder if they changed the sheets. I spent $200 to stay here, I stay in Mountain View often and NEVER pay that much. I thought I’d splurge in a “nicer” hotel and I was highly disappointed. I even reached out to the hotel with no response. Seems as if my experience were a rare occurrence, I would have heard something back. Don’t stay here. Hotel Strata is $60 cheaper, free breakfast and heated bathroom floors. Oh, and it’s CLEAN.

Nice, quant quiet little hotel right on El Camino in Sunnyvale nestled around plenty of restaurants, laundromat, banks, Walgreens, etc. Only down side was there wasn't any breakfast served liked it stated on their website.
