So glad you asked how my experience was, Google. The soup is fantastic. Just like it always has been. The sandwich... not so much. There must be some kind of turkey shortage going on too (see pics). Then I decided to use the restrooms. Maybe you domt need to wear a mask, just dont touch anything. The door walking into the mens room is filthy! The pic doesnt fo ot justice. The dirty hand prints were everywhere. I'll just pick up my order from now on, I guess or find another spot.

The big fat man I think it was Ila that took my business, he was very rude to me, no interaction with me at all. He is definitely a prejudice for keeps' kind. He is blond hair. He never told me that I had one pastry on my account. I had to remind him. The interaction was the worst ever seen at Panera Bread. He needs more training on how to take customers. I got very offended on my birthday. To my opinion Panera Bread should allow only women to do the front job. Because men tend to decept and upset customers on the front counter.

They obviously don’t read. I placed an order here and they didn’t pay attention to my order details and I had missing items. In addition, they’re partnered with DoorDash and they don’t read instructions either. I stated in the instructions box for the delivery person to simply ring my doorbell when they delivered my food. They did not nor did they notify me that my food was delivered. The link to track my order didn’t work either so I had no idea where my order was. I called the store and they told me my order had already been delivered. My food was on my porch for more than 15 minutes. I was also told they didn’t have control over DoorDash and how they deliver so there’s nothing they can do about that. Bad customer service.

Had a family meeting so took everyone out to lunch so we could talk. Went to Panera's. We had a large party with a big, very complicated order. We barely got our drinks and found a table before our order started to come out. Everything was delicious and no one had a complaint so we could focus on our conversation. Very fast, very efficient and very good. I love their soups. Especially the cheddar broccoli. Hungry? I recommend Panera's for a good hot lunch.
