Food was not ready when i arrived to pick it up. I had to wait 15 extra minutes don’t understand why there was only two customers in the restaurant. But then again the employees were to busy playing games in the back. Let’s all get a cup take a little of each flavored drink and mix it all together and see who can drink it. My Burger was burnt beyond the point of even letting my dog have it. My fries were cold as could be and burnt. My meal went in the trash. Save your time and money and go elsewhere

I have only been there a few times but I have not had a bad experience yet. For anyone who is part of their birthday club please do not send your email Etc to your trash before checking out. They need to have that information when they check you out because the check comes as a full price and they adjusted it at the register. The lady this morning was extraordinarily nice and I couldn't find the thing I had trashed but she managed to give me credit anyway. I am looking forward to my next visit at that particular location.

Not a good experience today. First, hostess stand not manned. Had to wait for customer to direct me to the cash register to sign in. Second, waited too long for meal to be served. Third, ordered toast dry and had to wait for it to be redone. By the time I got toast, eggs were cold. Vanilla crepes rubbery, could not eat. Never received coffee refill.

Good food and very friendly service, sometimes there is a longer wait but that's because it's a very good place to eat, I love eating here , I like how I get treated like I'm family .
