Excellent little fitness club. The classes are well run by a professional who knows how to motivate and challenge the whole class. Plenty of free weights and machines to support your cardio and strength training plans.

Yes. Locker rooms have showers!
Next week they go back to 24/7. But right now its 8:30am till 11:30am then 5pm to 8pm

If you pay for the whole year its around 300 well worth it everytime we go only few people and no waiting to use stuff and open 24/7
