The front desk was excellent very accommodating. I had 2 pets with me,my room was comfortable and except for a few Dust issues liked my room. I was grateful they left a baggage gurney right by my door

Very disappointed in the service shown by the staff at this hotel. Half of our team decided after visiting the hotel to change their reservations to other hotels across the street. The lobby staff was less than helpful at accommodating a group to gather. If you are looking for a cheap option and customer service doesn’t matter to you - then this is the place for you. The “manager” also wasn’t helpful at all.

Our experience for a very short night was excellent. The hotel was easy to locate, the staff was courteous and check-in was easy. The room was clean. Most importantly for us, the very-early- morning airport shuttle was prompt and Dave, the driver, was excellent. We left before breakfast service so I cannot comment on that aspect. The value was good for the combined room and extended stay parking.

I'm pretty happy with my stay at La Quinta for the price. It's basic but sufficient. It feels like they invested in the right things and cut the right things. For example, the shower is a basic shower head, knobs and curtain. It's also worth mentioning that if you're any taller than me (6'6") the showers would be real awkward / the ceiling too short. I would have gladly traded the desk for a fridge. Most hotels have installed shower pumps, I feel like that would be a good investment for them. Their breakfast is missing scrambled eggs. The beds seem a little narrow for a queen and are barely comfortable enough. I do not like the down pillows. The rooms were very clean and the staff walk through every hour. The front desk was really polite, and even offered to move us when my kids plugged the toilet (we didn't though). The last thing I'd add is that they don't have enough parking. We had to park at the restaurant next door.

There is a daily fee to park.
I chose it because of its proximity to the airport and because I could park there and shuttle to the airport.
Yes they do!! It depends upon how many hrs early you would be, so better call them and check with them with your request
All La Quinta hotels are, but do indicate you have pets when you reserve.
